J’ai étudié l’art-thérapie pendant de nombreuses années et dans différentes écoles. Plus particulièrement, l’art-thérapie jungienne et archétypique, ainsi que l’art-thérapie liée aux processus de traumatisme. Je me suis formée en phytothérapie, en thérapie florale, en yoga nidra, en massage thérapeutique, je me suis formée comme doula et aussi, pour couronner le tout, comme praticienne en rebirthing.

Tout cela me permet, à travers la curiosité et l’envie de continuer à apprendre, de créer des espaces uniques et spécifiques, en apportant exactement ce que je souhaite offrir et de la manière dont je souhaite le faire ; offrir le contexte et la transformation que chaque personne qui vient à moi recherche.

J’ai reçu ma première séance de Rebirthing à l’âge de 16 ans, grâce à Nativitat Devesa, et dès la première minute, cela a été très révélateur et guérisseur. J’aime travailler avec les gens, j’aime accompagner les personnes, et le rebirthing m’a toujours semblé être un outil exquis pour tout processus de transformation.

I was born in Barcelona, although I currently live in Albi, France. I used to be a social educator, but now I work as a coach and therapist, which is both my vocation and profession.

I studied art therapy for many years in various schools, with a particular focus on Jungian and archetypal art therapy, as well as art therapy related to trauma processes. I also trained in herbal medicine, Doctor Bach’s flower therapy, Nydra Yoga, therapeutic massage, and I trained as a doula. To top it all off, I became a certified rebirther.

All of this allows me, through curiosity and a desire to keep learning, to create unique and specific spaces, delivering exactly what I wish to offer, in the way I wish to offer it. I aim to provide the context and transformation that each person who comes to me is seeking.

I received my first Rebirthing session at the age of 16, guided by Nativitat Devesa, and from the very first minute, it was both revealing and healing. I love working with people, I love supporting people, and I have always found Rebirthing to be an exquisite tool for any transformation process.
