Ana Pinto Ribeiro Xavier

Nacida en Portugal y viviendo hace 15 años en España. Me he formado en Rebirthing con Irene Jové.

Rebirthing llegó a mi vida después de algunos años de meditación y experimentar diversas terapias y plantas medicinales. Fue ahí que sentí que la respiración era algo importante en mi vida. He descubierto el Rebirthing como la manera más amorosa y sutil de llegar a nuestra esencia. Tomar consciencia de todo lo que nos ocurre dentro y poder sanar. 

Aparte de dar las sesiones de Rebirthing, trabajo como farmacéutica , soy facilitadora de Biodanza y facilitadora de las meditaciones de Osho. Soy aventurera, buscadora y curiosa. Apasionada en viajar,  conocer otras cultura y aprender con ellas. 

Desde el cuidado y de la ternura estoy encantada de compartir esta terapia que me ayudó tanto.

Apart from giving Rebirthing sessions, I work as a pharmacist, I am a Biodanza facilitator and a facilitator of Osho meditations. I am adventurous, seeker and curious. Passionate about traveling, meeting other cultures and learning from them.
